At the end I have replaced the R47 with a new one (10 KΩ, as sugested here) and the gas boiler is working again.

I want to thank you sincerely your help. For me has being amazing to find people like you aiming to help, and with this great level of experience.

In my case the ceramic Resistor cover is broken, but the value measured with the tester was correct, 10 KΩ. Then the Resistor could be right. Anyway I already have a replacement.
