Čau, sháním hodnotu rezistoru na pozici R47 desky CE-0063AP3100/1 automatiky Honeywell S4565A 2019 1. Odpor je trochu opálenej, jde o plyn tak chci mít jistotu. Díky.

A je aj trochu nefukčný ten odpor?

desku mám před sebou,ale nevidím R47

Tento rezistor na DPS není.Pošli foto s označením vadné součástky.Piš na mou SZ.

Omluva.R47 je 10k a je v serii s diodou D18.

Omlouvám se, jsem absolutní laik a nevím jestli označení "10k" bude v prodejně stačit. Neuvádějí se i jiné parametry např. watty nebo tolerance? Díky za odpovědi a přidávám foto.

Například proti těm ostatním vidím ten odpor 1-2W... A jestli je ten poslední proužek zlatej - tak tolerance 5%. Taky jde o to jestli se takhle pěkně očoudil běžnym provozem, nebo něco za ním žere víc než má...
P.S. Až tam dáš novej, tak pod ním nech 1-2 mm mezeru, ať se aspoň trochu chladí vzduchem.

V některých seriích tento rezistor a dioda nebývají osazeny.Běžně tyto zapalovačky opravuji.

I have exactly the same problem than elkrma: In my S4565A 2019 1 board, the R47 looks burned. I attach a photograph of my board and R47: 3rd colour look white, what is not usual for a Resistance as means 10.000 Mohm.

When I measure wiht a tester value is 10 Kohm. But as it looks burned I am not sure if it is the right value.

I would appreciate if you can confirm me value of the R47 is 10 Kohm, to be sure I am translating well from Czech.

Also would like to ask to elkrma if the circuit began to work when the R47 was replaced.

Rezistor R47 je 10kΩ.
Zrejme v nejakom režime je na ňom strácaný tepelný výkon okolo 1 až 2 W. Pokiaľ sa ne-prehrievajú cínové plôšky na PCB a rezistor nie je prerušený netreba ho vymieňať.

In my case the ceramic Resistor cover is broken, but the value measured with the tester was correct, 10 KΩ. Then the Resistor could be right. Anyway I already have a replacement.

But the R47 PCB tin pads looked burned and and PCB contacts were broken (or have broken when I take out the Resistor).

Do you think there could be any addtional component broken?

In my case I see the Relay RY1 has a PCB tin pad (the one that is directly connected to the R47) in a suspicious dark colour.

Tohle to:CE-0063AP3100/1 má i kotel DPL16.
A největší průser co tam je jsou studené spoje. Nám kotel dlouho blbnul, plynař řekl cenu za opravu a řekl že špatná bude asi ta deska (PCB).
Že blbne a že s tím má potíže dost lidí a že někomu se to podařilo opravit. Že tam něco proletovali. No tak jsem řekl,
že se na to taky mrknu, když není co ztratit a že se ozveme pokud se oprava desky nezdaří, našel jsem tam asi 40!!! studených spojů,
propájel a kotel frčí už 3-tím nebo 4-tým rokem Laughing bez poruchy.
