Mam tu velkoplosny supersvitivy Led cip LCOB25-05WO-NWX. Je to livanec prumeru 25 mm na keramicke podlozce na ktere jsou naparene vyvody. Chtel bych se zeptat cim a jak pajet privody aby se neodparily privody na te keramice. Cip se taky musi chladit. Nemate nekdo odzkousene nejake teplovodive lepeni keramika - hlinik?
