LDO 3.3V a nizky kludovy prud
Riesim problem ako napajat uP + par veci okolo U = 3.3V. V klude je spotreba tychto veci cca 10uA. Raz za hodinu na 1s spotreba stupne cca na 30-40mA.
Napajat to chcem z Lion baterky 3.7V (4.1 - 3.5V).
Baterka je dobijana solarnym panelom 3W.
LDO stabilizator by nebol problem. Problem ale je jeho spotreba v klude. Nasiel som LDO ktore maju kludovy prud 50uA, ale zasa by som ich musel objednavat, co sa mi pre jednu suciastku neoplati.
Existuje nejake ine riesenie? Prezijem aj spotrebu 500uA v klude. Napatie moze pri zvysenej spotrebe klesnut aj na 3.0V uP to nevadi.
Nepotrebujem tam presne napatie. Len nesmie byt vyssie ako 3.3 - 3.4V a nizsie ako 3.1V.
