Takze prvych 32MB flash ma nejake oznacenie blokov, ktore reprezentuje tabulka na adrese 0xa0400000. Kazdy byte reprezentuje jeden blok flash (128KB). Vyznam je takyto:

0x79 = BOOTCODE
0x80 = DATA
0xBB = BAD BLOCK TABLE
0xFF = EMPTY
